About Us

Pals Sales is a family founded and family run business. Sam and Micah were born and raised in the beautiful city of Omaha, NE. Starting work from an early age both have had extensive experience working in various retail jobs. Throughout their years in retail it became apparent that the secondary market for high end retail needed improvement.

We started Pals Sales back in 2022 after seeing the need for more transparency and fairness in the secondary market for high end retail items. From our own personal experiences buying in this market, we often found ourselves feeling unsatisfied or cheated after getting home with a damaged or broken product. With our background in retail, logistics, and business management it is our goal to ensure our customers are treated fairly and with respect. We take the risk out of purchasing on the secondary market for high end retail by seeking only high end items from well known retailers, never cherry picking, and always selling products on a first come first serve basis.
